Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours for mixing and 24–48 hours for mastering. Priority rush delivery (24 hours or under) is available for an additional fee. We never sacrifice quality for speed — if a mix needs more time to be right, we'll communicate that proactively.
Mixing includes 2 revision rounds. Mastering includes 1 round. The Mix & Master Bundle includes 3 rounds total. Additional revisions beyond your included rounds are available at a flat rate of $25/round. We find that most projects are resolved within the included rounds when clear notes are provided.
For mixing: WAV or AIFF stems at the original session sample rate (44.1kHz or 48kHz), 24-bit minimum. Please export from the beginning of the session with all faders at unity — no individual compression or limiting on stems unless intentional. For mastering: a stereo WAV/AIFF at minimum 24-bit/44.1kHz with at least -3dBFS headroom. MP3s are accepted for reference only.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is required upfront to reserve your slot. For album or EP projects (5+ songs), split payment options may be arranged — contact us to discuss. All transactions are processed securely.
Stems always produce the best result for mixing, because we have full control over every element — frequency, dynamics, space, and saturation. A stereo 2-track is suitable for mastering only, or if stems aren't available. For AI-produced or pre-mixed tracks, we offer stem separation services that can often recover individual elements for a more detailed mix pass.
We embed all essential metadata into your mastered files: ISRC codes (if provided), artist name, track title, album name, release year, genre tags, composer/writer credits, copyright information, and album artwork. This ensures your files are distribution-ready for all major platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, DistroKid, TuneCore, and CD Baby. You can send us the metadata info or we can guide you through what's needed.
